Standard 3 Vessel Steam Heated Brewhouse with separated Mash Tun, Lauter Tun and Kettle/Whirlpool and Automated Controls. Mash Tun includes 3" process piping, motorized mixing rakes, steam heat control, hot/cold blend assembly with IFM flow meter and grist hydrator. Lauter Tun includes 2" process piping, motorized mixing rakes, sparge ring with IFM flow meter, differential pressure sight glasses, electronically controlled outlet valve, wort grant, underlet CIP system, manual grain out plow and side manway with detachable grain shoot. Kettle/Whirlpool includes sight tubing, condensation exhaust pipe to eliminate roof penetration for steam exhaust, heat exchanger, and steam valves with ball valve for boil control. HLT with steam valves. CLT with glycol valve. Wort Grant with sight glass and Diaphragm Valve Process piping includes Oxygenation Assembly, pneumatic valves, CIP. Piping extends to HLT. Work platform with stairs and railing. 4 sanitary pumps: 3 centrifugal pumps and 1 lobe pump for mash transfers. Boiler Water Intake Valve.
